Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with LIRAVA. This policy explains how and when your order is processed and delivered. We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times

  • United States: typically 7–15 business days after processing.
  • Canada: typically 10–20 business days after processing; customs clearance may add time.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs and peak periods can affect delivery.

Some items ship from international fulfillment partners, which can mean longer transit windows. We show honest timelines up front so there are no surprises.

Shipping costs

Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping is included on the 3-bottle 90-Day Protocol and the 5-bottle Full-Body Protocol.

Duties & taxes

Canadian orders may be subject to import duties or taxes determined by your local authorities. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We aim to display applicable taxes clearly and avoid surprise fees at checkout.

Tracking

Once shipped, use the tracking link in your confirmation email. If tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days, contact us.

Lost, delayed or damaged orders

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, email us at millealth@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.
