If you've used LIRAVA as directed for a full cycle and aren't happy with how your skin looks and feels, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. We may ask a few questions about your routine so we can help — and so we can improve.

How to start a return or refund

  1. Email millealth@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
  2. We'll reply with next steps. Do not send items back before contacting us.
  3. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to request a refund for the original order and place a new one.

Subscription orders

You can cancel a subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid the next charge — see our Subscription Policy. Already-shipped subscription orders fall under this refund policy.
